Programme Coordinator, Social Innovation - Technology & Innovation Department

The programme coordinator is responsible to support the Manager/Lead in the development, execution, coordination and monitoring of the programme, on a contract basis, working on Social Impact Challenge Accelerator (SICA) and other initiatives to develop and grow the social innovation ecosystem in Malaysia, largely related to marketing, partnership and programme management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a Degree from a recognised university;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related fields;
  • Experience in project management and programme curation;
  • People-oriented, highly independent, a quick learner & team player and thrive on the excitement of a goal-oriented team;
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to learn and self-motivated;
  • Possess an understanding of the startup ecosystem including Social Innovation would be an added bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistic arrangement involving tracking of SICA progress and specific programme items
  • Develop, plan, execute and oversee strategies of the programme, including marketing, outreach and partnerships
  • Conduct basic market research and analysis on trends, brand awareness and others
  • Write marketing content and collaterals
  • Develop and execute a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance/progress using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Manage the relationship with the client, the vendors and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Coordinate with internal partners on strategies and evaluation
  • Oblige with the task given from time to time by the Manager/Lead
